We are currently offering free shipping to all or any client within the USA and Canada. We offer different shipping options and our shipping estimate (time and price) is based on the availability of your order, weight of the product and the shipping option you prefer. We have a tendency to don't seem to be shipping Worldwide at this point.
All of our costs embody shipping and handling charges.
We do not accept returns of the personalized urns. If we have made any errors in personalizing the urns as required by you, we will fix it to your satisfaction.
We check all the products before they are shipped out. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer care immediately. We can help you file the damage claim if you get in touch with us soon.
You are allowed to return un-used urns in new condition. For full refund, all returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the products. In case you received a defective item, an incorrect order, and for other such errors on our part, we will refund even the shipping charges.
We will refund your fund quickly. However, please allow us a time of four weeks to process the refunds, as it involves receiving the urn from you, processing the refund and transacting it through the bank.
